I bought a prepaid data package and wifi router. You cant check the balance. When you call the 111 call center you are told to log in (which I was) to their web portal as they cant give you the balances. After speaking to 3 different people on the same call and going through the "security" check 3 times I was eventually cut off. I still don't know what my balance is. If I could, I would return this system and go with a service provider than provide service.
