I filled in a form to order an Samsung S IV, only to have to come back to the shop to hear that my form has misteriously gone missing, but there is no stock available. The stock problem is the reason I placed an order 2 months ago, however the store's admin is so bad that no orders are honoured it seems. Now I filled in nother order, requesting my phone to be delivered. "Sorry"alone will not improve the situation. This request was directed to the store manager Clara Pieterse. Any further delays and I will not renew my contract which I started in 1998. Customer loyalty is not rewarded by mtn, it seems to me.
