I bought promotional data using *111# a dew days later i checked my data balance and it showed 0mb (little did i know you have to check it in a different place). So i bought myself more promotional data, this happened a few times. I emailed vodacom and asked whats going on, the rep told me how to check my promo data. I found out that i have over 2gb of data on my account. I also got told that i cant be refunded for the data. Nowhere on this page: [URL Removed] does it say how to check the balance of promo data or say that i can't be refunded for data that i cant use up. According to the consumer protection act, i can request to be refunded. So please can i be refunded for 2gb (500mb x4) of data that is on my account as i won't use all of this up this month. - The data expires at the end of this month.
