I have logged a complaint directly with your data department on 082155 three times now and still i cannot see my data balance when i log into the Vodacom site.
I then have to call in and wait forever for someone to answer the call and then i am asked a million questions for security reasons just to get my data balance.
When i mention that i cannot see my balance on line i am told that they are aware of the problem and are working on it.
It has now been three weeks and they are still working on it.
I suggest you work on it faster or i will move to MTN or Cell C.
Also dont try call me on the data number as it is obvious that i cannot answer it as it s in my router.
