I bought data bundle on Monday which brought my total data to 670KB and didn't use any of it cause I've been using WiFi but suddenly on the 31/10 I have 0 balance and when I called the call center twice they said they don't know how to check what happened to it. Second complaint is after my last complaint I got a call from someone saying they would get someone to call me back and she would call again to follow up and I have back from anyone since. It seems like no one really cares about service at Vodacom, and quite frankly I feel like Vodacom is taking advantage of ppl and basically from us. Are theyhoping i will give up they have ananother thing coming. They need to explain where the charges come from and what happened to all my data, sms and call minutes bundles.
