I have 2 contract phones by vodacom... my one phone Samsung s3 had a small accident and they charged meR2200 to fix it. And after numerous attempts via email to customer vate no one got back... as I spend over R1000 every month to pay my contract and looking for a payment arrangment as I dont have R2200 now to fix it amd need my phone asap.
