It was time for an upgrade, I call Vodacom Business upgradesand request a list of phones available on my existing contract. The phones offered eg; iphone 5, samsung galaxy s4 (no pay in whatsoever - as per vodacom agent). I was a little unsure about the NO Pay in WHATSOEVER and decided to re-confirm. I called back 2 more times on the same day & was given the exact same information (All recorded). When I got to Vodacom to do my upgrade, i a told that I do not qualify for any of the above mentioned phones, unless, i pay in rediculous amounts eg; R4000. I called the Vodacom Bus. Dep. again & am put through to Ntokozo Ndhlovu (Manager) who assures me that they will listen to the recorded conversations and get back to me. After 2 days, i receive a call where Ntokozo admits fault on Vodacoms side and offers me R1000 (have email) that would be used as partial pay in for any other phone. I then have to make 5 more calls (unssucessful) to get hold of Nthokozo as I had further questions as to this R1000 that Vodacom has given me. Till today (22/07/2013) I have made another 3 - 4 calls with no sucess. Also sent 3 emails with no response. It has been over 2 months since the start & no upgrade!
