We were called up and offered a new phone from Vodacom by the company Afrizon Telecommunications. The sales consultant that contacted us gave us the wrong information by telling us that we had won a free phone and R1000 voucher to spend at any Homemark store, and did not inform us that it was however an additional phone on a Vodacom contract that we would now have to pay for. We spoke to numerous sales representatives and no one got back to us as we don not want this contract as we have contracts already with Vodacom. We are very disappointed with this company as well as Vodacom and how they have misinformed us. We would like this contract to be cancelled and we would like Vodacom and Afrizon to communicate and sort this out for us.
