Autopage North park Mall treated me like

I've booked my phone in for repairs about SIX weeks ago. Every time I go to the store to ask what's happening to my phone they can't give me answers - they don't even make an effort to call the call centre to find out what's going on. Today 26/07/2013 I went into the store to ask what is going on. The two white ladies present in the store did not even look up when I walked in. I asked them if the courier was here and if he delivered my phone and I got an immediate reply from the lady just saying "NO" - she didn't even looked if the phone was there and just carried on talking to whom I assume is her mother. This is not the kind of service that I expect from them as I am the customer. This is really unacceptable and I would like for someone to contact me with this matter and to deliver my phone to me. This is really really really BAD SERVICE and it felt like I was treated as a piece of T! I mean I am a customer of AUTOPAGE for 12 YEARS!
