This is becoming critical now, that specific phone have been causing severe PROBLEMS again today, NO SERVICE - enter pin (10 times today) how can a person walk around with your phone in your hand and keep putting your pin in, just to get the same NO SERVICE - enter pin message over and over and over and over

PLEASE THIS IS URGENT, MY HUSBAND WILL LOSE HIS JOB IF THIS CONTINUES, HE NEEDS HIS PHONE PLEASE NOW... WOULD THE INDEPENDENT COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY OF SOUTH AFRICA (ICASA) maybe be able to speed this up. It is now beyond critical
