Broken Galaxy 3s

I have now had my Galaxy 3s for around 5 months. The phone is completely unreliable with extremely poor reception and a faulty screen. In addition the phone keeps losing network connection without my knowing it. The result is that I am missing critical communications. I have spoken to numerous people who are happy to go on record that the Galaxy 3s phone is a heap of junk due to all the same problems I have mentioned. Vodacom simply deny there is any problem saying they have never had a single Galaxy 3s fault which is complete hogwash because they actually replaced a phone for someone I know. When that phone also turned out to be faulty they swapped the galaxy for an iPhone. I do not want a swap I want a phone that well works. Don't offer to take my phone for a 3 week evaluation either - who runs a business without a phoenix for 3 weeks?
