It is staggering that Unisa insist that critical upgrades to their web site need to be done just before exams start. the site went down for the whole of last weekend so students had no access to student forums, prior years exam papers and other critical study materials.
The web site is back on line now however the prior years exam papers cannot be opened???
Surely it would make sense to do this 'critical maintenance' on their systems in between semesters so if there is a calamity, students don't suffer.
This is one of many many issues students have with Unisa.
It is staggering how inefficient this university is.
