SAMSUNG S4 PROBLEMS

IN A 4 MONTH PERIOD THE PHONE WAS SEND FOR REPAIRS FOR 4 TIMES. NOW VODACOM RESPONDS AND SAY ITS REPAIRED (AGAIN) AND WILL WORK (AGAIN). THE PHONE GOES INTO A FREEZE MODE AND DO NOT RESPOND. THEN ALL THE CONTACTS AND PHOTOS ARE LOST. ON REPAIRS THE BATTERY ARE CHANGED AND SOFTWARE RELOADED AS PER THE JOBCARD. THIS WILL NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS THERE ARE CRITICAL ERRORS ON THE PROCESSOR. WHAT IS THE WAY FORWARD?
