Critical situation

Once again my cell has failed me! This time the situation was critical. Milpark hospital were trying to contact me as my mother was being operated on for breast cancer and a complication had occurred. They tried in to call me on my cell and could not get hold of me or even leave a message! The Sister then ran around the hospital looking for me and luckily found me. I am extremely disappointed that Autopage have not responded to my complaint. I feel that they actually don't care and that customer care in my book is definitely non-existent! There is definitely no customer satisfaction or care. The product sold to me has failed and I am not being provided with the service I expected from my contract with Autopage.
