Bought a bottle sterilizer from your 4ways branch end Oct. This is a safety critical item and something you cannot do without. It's stopped working on 29 Dec and was duly returned to the shop. I was blatantly told the supplier is closed and they will only look at it when they open in the new year. There is nothing they an do and are unable to assist. What pathetic and poor service this is. Baby city does not care that they are selling defective safety critical product, does not even make an attempt to assist. Now I am left without a sterilizer which is detrimental to the health of my child. I even begged for a loan unit but got the usual don't care/can't assist attitude. You are a shop specializing in baby items. Surely you know the importance of a sterilizer and can help your loyal customers. Even the regional manager (Wayne) was of no assistance. I am disgusted with baby city and will make this experience known. You guys sold me DEFECTIVE SAFTEY CRITICAL ITEM AND DO NOT SUPPORT THE PRODUCT.
