I called Neotel for assistance regarding one of my NeoGo's that I haven't accessed in a while. After waiting on the line for about 5 minutes, I hung up because the voice notification system informed me that I could login and request service via the website.
So I went to the website to register in order to have access to log a request for assistance. The website asks for my account number and ID number.
I copied and pasted the account number as it shows on my statement along with my ID and the feedback I received is "Sorry your account number does not exist. Please contact Neotel customer care (0800 333 636)." Thats interesting considered I copied it from my statement... So does my ID number not exist either. What irritated me is that it tells me to call the call centre!!!
I am the customer, your website should take note that my ID number is experiencing a problem and that I should be contacted!!! Not request me to contact you!!!
