I've taken out a new contract with MTN and there are 3 issues I would like to raise. 1. My phone new phone is not working properly as the buttons get stuck. 2. I am paying for the usage of the internet, BBM and whatsupp. This has not been working for about 2 months and I want to be refunded or credited for this service I am paying for which I am not getting. 3. I cannot get thru to this branch. Ever. They NEVER answer their phones. How am I supposed to sort out issues I have if I cannot get in touch with my service provider? I want a new phone or you cancel this contract and I take CellC up on their offer.
