Neotel - just no service

Firstly we wanted to apply in two stores for a prepared phone, but they all out of stock.
-Then we tried to apply online through their website, but don't get any response. (done it twice now)
-We contact their callcentre, but they tell us to wait for a email from them. (week later and no email)
-We tried to forward them a message through their website contact form but it only allows 200 letters in the message that is very short and tried several ways to get pass the "telephone" number. Still don't know what they want and unable to make contact with them. Sure they don't get any people who contact them through their website, as its totally not user friendly and don't seem to work.

So 1 week later and we end of with hellopeter to get Neotel to sort out our order for a prepaid phone.
