One week prior to 16/12/2012 I was experiencing problems with my DATA connection from 8ta. I called in on 16/12/2012 to complain and a call was logged. One week later, no one calls and I call the DATA Call Centre to complain. Notes were made to my complaint and the following day, I receive a call from 8ta enquiring about my DATA connection. Nothing happened until 2 Jan 2013 when I called back to the DATA Call Centre enquiring about my case. Bradley Wales assisted me and requested that I attempt to make changes to the settings. I responded to him accordingly

Please assist with the progress of this case, caller is extremely irate and request that someone contact him urgently regarding the progress and resolution to this case. Caller also request a technician to come out to the premises to assist with the resolution as well as request 5 Gig extra to the contract as compensation to the long wait and "poor" service which he has experience. Please assist with extreme urgency, thanks.

A week later someone phones me requesting the same info and now 8ta has closed my case due to me not being available
