Unacceptable data crookery

Telkom 8ta treated me very bad after being a customer of theirs for more than a year. I loaded airtime on the 9 of September 2013 that I converted to data bundles and my air time vanished after just checking emails and not downloading. I reported it and they could not see why it happened and gave me a case number 6711194. They sent a technician and I told them to phone me before the technician arrived and they did not and he arrived when I was not in the office. This is real terrible service. I gave them two contact numbers as requested from them and they closed the case without calling me on my alternate number. This was confirmed from Xolani in their Cape Town office and he said that it is unacceptable. I called back and they gave me a new case number 6876689 and I again gave them two contact numbers at their request and again they did not call me on my alternate number. How can a big cooperation like Telkom employ such irresponsible people. It is unacceptable disregard of their customers who keep their business going. I insisted in talking to their CEO to intervene but the supervisors did not want to put me through. I am very unhappy and will continue telling about this!
