So I get my data on the 1st, don't use my pc the whole day, go to work on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and then on the 4th I'm told my 10GB has been used up!!!??? by who? on what? I have another 10GB night surfer data, how can my normal data run out whilst that night surfer is on, even at that; the night surfer is 50% finished. I called 8ta, logged a case with case #7249041 and the agent said turn around time is 24hrs... that was last week wednesday the 4th of decemeber, it's the 9th today and when i call them back all thats happening is redirection after redirection and my call gets dropped!!! this is useless and funny enough, after i got the notification when i dialed *188# i got response only for the night surfer and wi-fi and not the main data, tried 3 times!!! wow!!! wow!!!
