I took out a contract for a Huawei Mobile WiFi E5331 (10GB 10GB Night Surfer) for R399 per month for 24 months after being told that the area I was living in would have excellent Service and that I would have no problems with the WiFi which was a blatant as I do not have any WiFi connection where I live and have not been able to use it from home for the past 2 months!!!
I then imediately went back to 8ta and V&A waterfront where I took out my contract, My First case number: 6246518 (They closed this case because there wasn't enough info supplied in the complaint... which was done by an 8ta employee at V&A waterfront store) - 8ta Closed the case without calling me and asking for more detail etc!!
I then complained again and my Second case number is 6332856 which was given to me on the 2nd July 2013 with a promise that a manager would call me back within 48hours to assist - I AM STILL WAITING!!!
I am also going to complain to INDEPENDENT COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY OF SOUTH AFRICA (ICASA) as I am paying for something that I cannot use based on a told by 8ta staff!!
This is unacceptable!!!
