Poor Service from MTN

I am an existing customer and made an application for a new contract last week, Thursday 18 July at the Pinelands MTN store. This was approved in 24 hours, however I requested a change in phone and the application had to be resubmitted on 19 July 2013.

It is now Wednesday 24 July, and I have had to keep following up with the store for feedback and my application is still not approved??
