Again No Service from MTN Insurance

On Monday 15 July 2013 I phone through to the call centre of MTN Insurance to report a claim of my damaged cellphone. It was reported to the call centre agent and the person advised that Dumelo was appointed to the claim and would phone me in 24 hours. The reference number for the call is 102103677. Today is Friday 19 July 2013 and no-one has phoned me, this is 5 days later. In the mean time I also posted this complaint on MTN South Africa's Facebook page and sent them and inbox message. They quickly deleted my wall post on their profile and returned a message to say that they would get someone to attend. Then a day later they sent me a Facebook message (Thursday 18 July 2013) to say that they have referred the matter to MTN Insurance to get back to me. This is the same department who still has not phoned me. Such a huge Corporate Company with no service. If you go back on my Hellopeter complaints you will see a previous one not so long ago regarding the same company - MTN Insurance, where they also just didnt communicate the repair of my phone...
