I have been battling sense the 6th of July to get a sim swop done. I don't really know how long things like this must take, but 19 days seems a bit long. When I phone them they keep on saying that someone is going to get back to me but they don't and when they do they ask for info that I gave to them on the 6th already and a few times after that. E-mailing also does not seem to help, as I have sent four so far and only got one call back (that did not help any). They seem to be unwilling to help me.
