You cannot give me my contract that I requested over and over again, I did request cancellation in August 2013, after the upgrade options I was given was terrible, after months of struggle I get Karabo Mosome who after numerous e-mails and requests for cancel and the fact that I want my contract, tells me, they will refund me 2 months and the account is now cancelled, not even mentioning WHERE MY CONTRACT IS???
Well VIRGIN MOBILE SA only refunds 1 month (R150.00), and true as Bob you debit me again on the 01/04/2013.
I WANT MY FULL R300.00 BACK (2 MONTHS YOU OWE ME, THE ONE YOU SHORT REFUNDED AND APRIL 2013 DEBIT ORDER)
I want this sorted out today AND I WANT CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION!!!
I will refer this to higher authorities If this is not sorted out.
