Sipho Sithole contacted me regarding replacement of faulty accesories that shipped with my iPhone 5. An agreement was made that I would buy the item from a local dealer, and email the receipt, upon which a refund would be paid into my Cell C account.

I have sent Sipho Sithole several emails (replies to an email I received from him, so the address was correct) and have not received any response. I have been in contact with him once after sending an email and he confirmed that he did not receive the email. I have phoned Cell C customer support several times, and the persons I spoke to said the only way to contact him would be to leave a note on the system. The one time Sipho did phone me back he confirmed that he had not received the note and called because he was waiting to hear from me. I now need to contact him again and have been trying to for well over a month, but it seems impossible.
