Virgin Mobile are steeling our money

We have been customers with Virgin for some time now. We were due for upgrade but as we all know they don't have branch in every city. So ja that's the first complain. With that in mind we phoned customer care to her what was on offer to upgrade this was late April 2013. The next thing we know we are on totally a different price plan and apparently we have been upgraded with new handsets??? How de does this happens. We never agreed to new price plans en we never received new handsets... Form 1 May 2013 we are phoning Virgin Customer care but with no luck - they will investigate? What is there to investigate. We never singed the contract for a upgrade with a new price plan and we never received new phones. Now we are paying for things we don't have.
