MTN not acting against unscrupulous Insure

I took out a contract with MTN in Mar'12 and also insurance with 24Hour Mobility for my phone. I was sold this insurance by MTN and it included loss and physical damage to the phone. During April'13, my phone got liquid damaged and I submitted a claim to 24 hour mobility. On 6Sep'13 I took my phone in for repairs at MTN Clearwater mall and was told that my phone cannot be repaired as it suffered liquid damage before and my warranty is now null and void.24hour Mobility was suppose to replace the phone instead of repairing it during the claim. When taking the matter up with the Insurer, I was simply told that they found nothing wrong with the phone during the claim process and merely replaced the battery out of courtesy. I have since cancelled my policy with 24hour mobility in Jul'13 due to the bad service I received with my claim. Now that the phone is falling apart, no one is accepting responsibility. MTN is conveniently out of the picture now, not intervening anyhow, though I got sold this crooked insurance by them as part of MTN's "value added services". MTN is not enforcing with the Insurer to replace instead of repair liquid damaged phones, yet is against their policy to repair such phones
