I recently got my new upgrade and in the first week i have actually lost my phone. now comes the part that i cant get a strait answer for.
December last year i took out another contract and i was asked if i wanted insurance and when i denied it i had to sign a form, with this upgrade i did not get offered anything and no forms were signed for insurance or no insurance. i phoned the consultant that helped me and asked about this form and she said "that was my mistake" am i to blame? i know i was a little excited getting the phone, but could i not be helped at all...
customer care was of no help as the lady i spoke to was very blunt and just said you will have to buy a new phone.. Sure i have R8000 for another S4. if that was the case i would not have phoned.
Surely i can be helped although i am a little spec in the Vodacom customer base, but without little specs like myself there would be no Vodacom
