I purchased a cell phone from Vodacom's online department 10 months ago and was promised a free wearable device by the consultant. However, I have not received it to this day. I have all the email correspondence from the consultant where the smartwatch was promised free of charge. I think it is totally unacceptable that Vodacom has not delivered what I was promised, and as a long-time customer, I don't deserve to be treated this way.
