CANNOT FOLLOW AN INSTRUCTION

I called vodacom yesterday and today, both times on the line for almost an hour. Being transferred between varies departments. All i asked for is latest statements and settlement letters for the two contracts I have with them. The consultant I spoke to yesterday only sent one settlement letter, so called back today and that consultant also only sends me one settlement letter as well which happens to be the exact one that i received yesterday. How many calls would I need to make and how much time wasted before i have my request resolved. Highly frustrated.
