I was paying my woolworths account through MBD attorneys and finished paying last year August but till today they cannot send me my settlement letter. I have called them a number of times requesting my settlement letter but im always told it will be sent but that NEVER happens. I spoke to Gontse who assured me ill have it within 15 min and the rest of the agents tell me Lerato generates them but she never sends them out!! I WANT MY SETTLEMENT LETTER!!!
