Still waiting for detailed statement

I have a virgin mobile account with DCCM and have been in instalments as I had arranged with their people. On 16/07/2013 I received an SMS on my boyfriends number for a notice of final demand amounting to R2909.15. I refuse to pay this ridiculous amount as I know that cannot be possibly how much I owe them. I have contacted DCCM 3 times since receiving that SMS and their consultants have been of no help whatsoever! I asked them to email me a fully detailed statement and two consultants said they would email it later on during the day as their systems were offline. A week later I am still waiting. Now I am being told they charging me for smses and calls which I never received from them because the number they claim to have been calling me on is my second number which is off most of the time. I called again this morning and the consultant I spoke to was rude and not helpful at all. Them having system problems has nothing to do with me. I need a fully detailed statement including all these other things they say they are charging me for.
