I am struggling to get a settlement letter from Capfin, I took out a loan and settled it about 3 weeks later. I asked for a settlement letter and they refuse to give me one. The consultant told me they can only send me a statement. As far as I know its my right to get a letter on request. I ask the consultant what am I suppose to do now, she said that my bank must contact them for reference, how is it possible for them to give my details out to people over the phone if its not me??!! and they do not want to give me a settlement letter which I need??!!
