Please email my Settlement Letter ASAP. I Need It

On Monday 2 December 2013 I settled my account in full; I was told that I would receive the settlement letter within 24 hours. On 3 December I called to do a follow up on the settlement letter, was told I would receive the letter on 4 December. Called again on the 6, 9, 11, 14, and 18 December each time I was promised that the letter was requested from Legal and I would have a copy via email within 24 Hours [same old story every time]. Called AGAIN in the New Year: 10, and 14 January 2014 [promised 24hours again]. To date I haven't received my settlement letter. I have spoken to call center agent after agent, call center managers. Promise after promise not once was the letter delivered to my email inbox.

I don't know what to do anymore. What I do know for a fact is that I have spent more money on the phone 082 1905 trying to get Vodacom to send me my settlement letter [which is rightfully due to me by the way] than the money I owed them initially.

Whom do I need to bribe to get my settlement letter and when can I expect the settlement letter in my email inbox? Wait let me guess: I will have the letter within 24hrs? Waiting for Legal? That's all I heard for a Month and a Half.
