Worst service and completely rude staff

I gave the Vodashop at Clearwater mall a call after upgrading, with in 7 days of me getting my new Nokia Lumia.
it has never worked, the software on the device is so outdated that I cant even connect to my server at the office, nor get any mails on my phone.
when explaining this to the store manager, he told me it was not his problem and that I should have brought my IT technician from MY office with to choose my new phone, as they are only consultants and not IT.
after explaining to him that it is not the answer I was expecting, he just slammed the phone in my ear.

will never do business with them again, and hope that no one else does!!!
