On the 29/05/13 I bought a cellc speedstick modem, I tried to connect with it, I got an error msg that software is outdated, contact the supplier. I called cellc & they tell me the software is outdated they'll email me the updated link so I can download the correct software. The email me the link & I downloaded the software, it said invalid. I kept on calling the technical side they said I should go to a cell c and they'll update the software for me. I went to cell c maponya and they told me I should have brought a laptop coz after updating it they r supposed to check but nobody told me that. I then took my mom's laptop and went to Jabulani mall & they updated the software and when we tried to connect, it still didn't want to connect, I called cellc again and told me that after its updated the logo should be nokia & not cell connector, I went back to jabulani mall and they updated it and still it didn't want to connect. Bongani at the call centre said I should go to Sandton, the staff there is trained, they'll help. I went to sandton and I was told they don't sell the nokia modem coz it has problems. Now if anyone told me that in the 1st place instead of sending me from pillar to post
