Hello

I upgraded to a Nokia Lumia 920 on the 03/.0/13 at your lakeside mall branch, exactly seven days later (on the seventh day) 10.01.2013 at 16:53 i returned the phone to lakeside to have it replaced as it disables the signal/ doesn't connect to the Vodacom network. i was then informed that it cannot be swapped out under OBF and that it would have to be sent in.

It has since been sent to Vodacom head office and then to Nokia, instead of waiting seven days i am expected to wait 14 days, for a brand new phone that i had for for exactly a week... And I have been billed for it.
This is ridiculous and unacceptable. As at 15:32 Vodacom now wants to speak to a senior technician and escalate the problem... HOW ABOUT GIVING ME A NEW PHONE, instead of wasting my time.

Either get this sorted out or cancel my subscription.
