I logged an incident with Cell C and had no response up until I logged it on Hello Peter.
They then gave me a reference number (SD116619) and I was advise that the IT Department will contact me but I'm still waiting, and it's been three weeks.
My Initial Complaint: "I have a problem with my network coverage on my contract speed stick (although I was promised that I'll have 3G service). I can't use the Internet as it's permanently on EDGE. Month on month I'm wasting money because I'm paying for something I can't use."
I recently changed my number to CellC and I experiencing the same problem with my cell phone.
I only have the issue when I'm at home... TRULY FRUSTRATING!!!
Hopefully i'll get a response now because it seems they only respond when I log the complaints on HelloPeter.
