Ok, so i've applied for a new contract for the Iphone 5, the tell me in approved, then when I phone in 5 days later to see when i will be getting the phone, they tell me that it has been declined. But my issue is that I applied for the Samsung Galaxy a week before and its been delivered and all those nice things, what me off is that NO ONE at the call center will phone me and tell me that there is an issue? Why do customers have to call in and check up on a application??? this is freaking unacceptable. And how can they aprove me for one contract and not the other? i mean really!!! 1
