STILL no response

Hi,

Ticket logged 2 weeks ago, #1776649 with NO response. Hello peter complaint logged 18th of April, You replied and said you will have someone look into it ASAP, and again NO response from anyone after that! I am going to cancel my contract if I do not receive response and me issue is not resolved.
