Network Complaint
I recently took out a Cell C contract - but have had pathetic cell phone reception and virtually no data network since (regardless of time or location).
I have logged several complaints in the last month:
Reference No: 1789343 (Vuyi - 03/05/2013)
Reference No: 20130515115311168711 (Kishan - 27/05/2013 - Below).
Reference number SD101446 (network team - 27-05-2013)
Reference number 3060402872 (Ayanda - 04-06-2013)
In addition to the complaints posted on Hello Peter

To which Cell C acknowledged receipt - but did nothing to fix it.

And I have not received any support or feedback - despite my many efforts.
I was told that someone would come through to verify and a month later am still sitting with this problem.
I refuse to be stuck with this problem for a further 2 yrs.
This kind of service is unacceptable!
Right now all I want is to have this pathetic contract cancelled!
