I Have been experiencing no network coverage at my home for the past few weeks on my CELLPHONE since I migrated from VODACOM to CELLC. Each time I called CELLC to complain, they said that the problem is common and will be fixed by the end of the week, giving me a sense of relief and false expectation. The problem continued to persist. I have just taken up a new contract with CELLC, assuming that on contract it will be resolved however the problem has gotten even worse. Cant CELLC send a technician to my house to test the network. I use this number as my primary contact number and for WORK as I work on STANDBY. Cant CELL C install some sort of signal booster at home to resolve the problem, instead of giving me the same excuse continuously!!!
