I went to Mtn Brooklyn and asked for help on how to set up my webmail email address on a blackberry Q10
the consultant named Queen, firstly looked at the phone as if it were a foreign object! I asked her if she knew how to do it she said yes, but clearly didn't . she couldn't even use the touch screen, she swiped the phone up when it clearly said swipe LEFT to continue, she was extremely rude calling for another person to help me because she didn't want to in a very abrupt tone of voice! and giving me very dirty looks. we have currently 4 contracts with MTN and to receive this type of service was disgusting! not even the employees could assist me with setting up of an email on a blackberry.
