Pathetic attitude towards customers

On the 02-09-13 i approached Bidvest foreign exchange for service, i was informed that i needed proof of residence for new customers, i proceeded to have my 3 month bank statement printed and there after produced it to a man named Eugene, who then informed me the physical address was not included. Due to me being desperate for assistance i asked he check the address on my ID document as it would match the postal address on the statement, he then pointed out the date on the ID, which was issued in 2010, he said "this is 2010, are we in 2010 " this being said in a sarcastic and raised tone of voice. The neighbouring Foreign exchange companies were, delightful, kind, and at least helpful!!
Such behaviour from employees caused me to turn away and seek service else where!
