Horrible attitude of Patricia in Rosebank

I am disgusted at the pathetic attitude that Patricia at your Rosebank Station has towards customers. My card did not allow me to exit the parking at the boom. I pressed the help button to ask for assistance - Patricia didn't even greet. When I explained my problem to her, she said I must have the wrong card. When I told her that I only have one card, she insisted that I was wrong. When I went down to the ticket office, she sat behind her glass screen and continued to have an attitude. Her tone of voice was extremely distasteful. When I got irritated with her, she in no way tried to defuse the situation or even apologised for being rude in the first place. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she didn't get hold of him/her. I spend a lot of money on using the Gautrain every month and find it unacceptable that your personnel have this type of an attitude. I expect some feedback on this complaint, failing which I will continue to press this complaint further.
