He has no manner of speaking to customers

Wow it doesn't surprise me.
I logged a call for my Landline at home which is out of service. Fault: 325CRZ050613. I receive a call from a very rude, unfriendly abrupt Raymond, confirming what the problem on my line is and that he will be going there. A few hours later he calls me to confirm what the physical address is. I confirm this with him and he says in a very rude tone, "I asked you if you were on Hibicus street and you said Yes". I then confirm with him that he never said this, he then says that he did, I then apologise and say if he did and I didn't hear him I am sorry, he then in again in a very rude tone says to me that I did say yes to his question, I then got the very same attitude and responded by saying, why should I confirm the address if it's on your systems. Shouldn't you know where this house is. He then just says "Eish hai ehehe" and drops the call on me. I find this pathetic and of a poor nature.. if he hates his job i suggest he takes retirement as he clearly does not need it. I will not tolerate pathetic service and that from a person whose grammer and telephone etiquette is cheap and disgusting.

I will be waiting patiently to receive a response on this.
