DONT CARE attitute

I have been a loyal customer to MTN for close to 15years. I have 4 phone lines with MTN and all of them on contract. I had the Blackberry Bold 9700 and upgraded to the Blackberry Bold 9790. Since the upgrade I have noticed that my airtime does not last as it used to and found out that my BIS is not working because when roaming it uses my airtime and it shouldn't. I went to the MTN Brooklyn branch and asked if they can assist to get this sorted out, maybe it is a setting or what ever. The person assisting me took out the sim card and said it is very old and I should do a sim swap. So I said I don't want to do something if it is not necessary. The sales lady did not say a word after that and I stood at the counter waiting for the documents or something as she was busy with papers and I thought it to be the forms to do a sim swap. After she left me standing at the counter for almost 30minutes without saying a word to me I asked her what she was busy with, she replied that she was not busy with anything. I asked her why she would let me stand there if she is not assisting me and she just said she thought I still wanted to ask something. For 30 minutes? This is no service!
