AFTER MY INITIAL EMAIL TO HELLOPETER.COM I HAVE HAD TWO CALLS FROM A CONSULTANT AT CELL C. IT IS JUST DISAPPOINTING THAT TO DATE THERE HAS BEEN NO SATISFACTORY ANSWER ON WHEN THE REPAIRS ON MY AND MY CHILDREN'S BLACKBERRY'S WILL BE COMPLETED.
YESTERDAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE REPAIR CENTRE TO INFORM ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE UPGRADE ON MY PHONE THAT I RECEIVED IN JUNE 2013. NATURALLY I REFUSED AS I FEEL THAT A NEW PHONE SHOULD NOT NEED ALL THESE UPGRADES. IT WAS DONE BEFORE IT WENT IN FOR REPAIRS AS WELL. SOUTH AFRICA BE WEARY OF BLACKBERRY PHONE, SPECIFICALLY THE NEW Z10. I HAVE HAD ONLY GREY HAIRS SINCE I RECEIVED THIS PHONE. THIS COMES FROM A VERY FRUSTRATED BLACKBERRY USER AND CELL C CLIENT.
TODAY I ASKED THE CONSULTANT IF I COULD MIGRATE TO AN APPLE PHONE AND HER IMMEDIATE RESPONSE WAS AN ABRUPT NO WITH AN EXPLANATION OF HOW CONTRACTS WORK.
I HAVE BEEN WITH CELL C FOR YEARS AND IS AT THE POINT WHERE I WANT TO CANCEL ALL MY CONTRACTS AND MIGRATE TO ANOTHER PROVIDER.
